SIGVARIS SECURE is a hybrid garment providing compression and containment to manage advanced venous edema, lymphedema, post-surgical edema, and general edema. SECURE maintains more graduated compression throughout the leg than traditional stockings. Utilizing high modulus in-lay yarns, SECURE provides containment, works to maintain limb profile, and minimizes garment fatigue. All SECURE garments feature a dotted silicone grip-top band to ensure the product stays in place for all-day wear.
