At Compression Care Center, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your compression garments are not the perfect fit, you may return or exchange unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to begin the return or exchange process.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused items back into their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all tags and instructional inserts are included.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
